I've always been positive and tried to make others smile or gave them confidence. but, my god, I have a truck load with weaknesses too! so I treat them one at the time..it makes it easier for me and the others to survive next to me :P anywaz to be short: been there, done that and realized life is not worth living while concentrating on flaws...so smile on and keep it rollin'!

Sweetie, we all have weaknesses and this is a part of who we are. Today we are good, tomorrow we feel bad and so forth...it is only about how we deal with everything and how much can we take when we have problems..JUST HAVE FUN AND TAKE EACH DAY AT A TIME!!!!:))) mwahhh!

Face the fear upfront! Face it ...whatever you fear most ....and you'll feel better next time.

You are right, this is what i am doing right now and..i have to admit, it is not easy, but i became stronger:) What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger, right?:))

Ohhh MK, you are so right!!!:) I truely think that once you belive that you can acomplish a certain thing, then your energy and all your resources will go toward that plan, that dream that needs to be done. What do we do when the dream you have doesn't depend fully on your power? How can you make a person think that your plan is the right one and so on...? The self confidence is not always everything and it can't help you always...sometimes is just not working, as positive as you would be:)) ---as examples: a new work project, a personal relationship or even a car sale..---the succes of getting this done is not fully in your hands..
This is where people start loosing confidence in themselves..once you loose, you will keep loosing for a while (the domino effect):)))
This is when we come in and choose our battles..you can't fight it all and you can't get it all!

From a personal point of view, I havn't 'been myself' lately due to illness and that leads to depression, which leads to lack of motivation, loss of self confidence and eventually loosing the will power to help yourself!
It all stems from will power and if you loose that, then your self confidence fly's out the window!
I suppose if you are not happy with yourself and your life as it is going, you just give up trying and any goals that you wanted to achieve is put on a back burner until you kick yourself into action again....
This is how I have felt these last couple of months..and I hate myself for it!....sometimes I can help others, but I cant help myself...sad but true :-)

June and July have been some of the hardest months of my life...no kidding. I was depressed and upset and dissapointed..with no power to move on or to even fight. I let myself down and i know that no matter how much i would try to be selfconfident again, it is hard this time. I have been depressed before...for a long time and i destroyed myself..now, i am looking at myself and i am depressed again. Sometimes, i can get myself out..for a a few hours, maybe a day, but i can't be in the same "happy mood" for a few consecutive days or a week... I wish i knew how to help myself, because, as you said, i can help others...but i am not looking at myself any more. :) How do we help ourselves? Clearly, the reasons that got us here are still deep in our hearts and..we need to learn to repair the damage..:))

Breath......and be positive......we can win if we want it......

You know when we wake up in the morning sometimes and we realize that our life is not the life that we want? Last week, i woke up in the morning, around 5 am. I made my coffee and i went out in the garden..i looked around and i noticed one thing: I AM STILL ALIVE AND I SURVIVED WHAT WAS THE HARDEST THING FOR ME..MY PAST!!!!
Now, it is a new week, a new me, a new life and i see myself ready to continue my plans. I am so close to them..and in a few months (maybe 3 months) i will reach what i wanted to do. I know what i want, i know what to expect and i know one more thing: THE DREAMS DON'T MAKE ME HAPPY. IF I DREAM AND I DON'T DO WHAT IS IN MY MIND, I am loosing the battle with life. Do you remember when you say...I SURVIVE? :))) I survive every day and i am closer and closer to get what i want..i want REALITY, I WANT WHAT MAKES ME HAPPY, I WANT WHO MAKES ME HAPPY, I WANT TO FIGHT FOR THE ONE THAT STAYS WITH ME AND HELP THIS PERSON TO MOVE ON...
Dreams are for people without courage...:))) Dreams remain just dreams and they don't bring happiness..you wake up and you realize how much you lost..one day you are happy and the next day the reality hits us..and we are sad again.

New in a sense that you love yourself so much and you are always happy eventhough the present situation is not so pleasant at the moment.It's just a temporary. Well, "Self-pity" is the devil which leads you to the hell! You should understand that you are not the only one who is sick in this world. At least you still can attend message and chat with all your friends in "Zorpia". Also, can still do many things you wish & use to do etc...etc. Don't forget,they are still many unfortunate ones who only can lay on the bed and struggle/ wonder when they can go to the "Heaven"! Their situation is worse than yours! Why you have to depress yourself? Does your "Depression" help you? I am sure that it is "NO"! So, kick away the "Self Depression" and go back where you were, the good old happy days. If you have the will, you will make it, perhaps not 100%, at least better than none as you are now. This is my way towards my life! Sometime, it is God who wishes to test us when we are down. So, show to the God and yourself that you are still lucky and happy to be in this lovely world! That is to say, no hating yourself! You are so lovely and you ought to love yourself! Bye. Please love yourself & be happy always. Also,this is what we want in our life.

Yes, there are other external and uncontrolable factors which affect our success. There is no 100% risk free in what we are doing not even in our life. Sometimes, we might hear that some healthy person just passes away suddently without any sickness. But, I believe that if we have our full self confidence, half the battle is won. Of course, the other half has to depend on our fate and luck!

what can i say my friend? Faith? Luck? I don't think LUCK exists. FAITH --- YESSSSSS, but not luck. In Romania we have this saying: LUCK IS MADE WITH YOUR OWN HANDS!!!! And it is so damn true!:) Faith made me open an account on zorpia 2 years ago, faith made me meet you, Linda, Paulo, Zafer and so on...yes, IT WAS FAITH. How do we choose to make our future IS IN OUR OWN HANDS...if you fight for it, you get it, if you stay in bed and cry all day lond (just an example), nothing gets done and all you do is destroying yourself. You know something? Today i had a wonderful experience at work...we closed the restaurant, we cleaned up, we were all tired and the barman looks at me and asks: FLORINA, I AM CURIOUS ABOUT SOMETHING...WHY DID YOU CHANGE SO MUCH? I looked at him and i asked him: WHAT DO YOU MEAN?
He answered me: YOU ARE CHANGED INSIDE AND OUT, YOU LOOK LIKE A WOMAN, YOU ARE SHINING AND YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING..YOU CHANGED A LOT!!!

After i got in the car i thought about what Eric (the bartender) told me...AND I KNOW I CHANGED AND I HAVE A VERY IMPORTANT PERSON IN MY LIFE TO THANK FOR ALL OF THIS. He was great and i am proud to say that i know him..:).

It is not easy to put yourself together. I know it and everyone else knows it Faraz..congratulations on being able to do it. Getting out of depressions is something that not too many people are able to do. I admire you and i need to learn from you :P.
