Childhood Fears...

My real fear was the hight, in my childhood I couldn't look from ahigh window
Now I can do but some times i feel disgust and daze,
Do U have any solution

Try Looking Up instead of looking down ;)

when I'm in atower, I should look down to see the town, what would I see if i looked up?

Well try looking down through a telescope, to feel safer first, or while going up stop at each level and try to get used to the height... then go further up... do activities that envolve heights... to break the fear, something like climbing... free jumps... if you can manage to do that, your fear will disappear, you will actually start enjoying the feeling...

haha see i thought i had a fear of heights but no then i thought i had a fear of falling but no i finally workd out its more a control issue i have a fear of not being in control of what i am doing... does that mnake sense??

All our fears are related to either insecurity or loss of control over things... of weakness about something while in fact we can control everything that scares us by facing it, and dealing with it in a rational way... Even phobeas are all in our mind... So nothing is stupid, it's all about the will... If you want to get over it, you alone will find a way to bypass it and face it, or even learn to live with it and enjoy it ...

yeah see there are little ways i have thought about facing it its just doing it lol i dunno...

If you can do that well then your fear will be gone for good ;)

But make sure you do it with professionals if you ever decide to do it ...

I know what you mean by boing ;) usually the rope is tied to both weist and feet... but the thing is it's not an ordinary rope :P some are for short jumps others for longer ones, and some for 1 person, others for 2 ppl, so if some mistake happens there, too late it'll be AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH BOooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooOOOOOooooooM LOL
